You can’t split a 50 mg tablet into a 1.5 mg dose — accurately.
Naltrexone is commercially made as a 50 mg tablet for a completely different use. “Low dose” means roughly one-tenth to one-hundredth of that — a range no manufactured product covers, and one you can’t reliably reach by cutting a pill. Precise LDN is, by definition, a compounded medication.
